Develve is a software designed to assist users in generating simple statistical analyses. The program features multiple standard resources, such as Chi Square tests, one way Anova analyses and linear regression models.

Features a very clean and neatly organized GUI

The program is valuable for anyone interested in Statistics and can be a very helpful visual guide for students and newcomers. It is also able to generate basic analyses, which means it can be effectively employed in studying simple events.

Develve features a surprisingly intuitive and easy to grasp interface. The top part of the main window allows users to insert their data, while other frames control various program functions, such as Box plot displays or various computed values for statistical indices.

Can import data from CSVs

The application allows users to start their new project from scratch and importing data from existing CSVs is also a possibility. If one chooses the former option, DEVELVE program-specific formats can be exported to more familiar CSV documents.

Users have numerous basic and intermediate statistical tools that can be employed in order to lend credence to their analysis. Standard statistical operations such as means, standard deviations and min or max calculations are available to users.

One way Anova tests are supported

Once these have been employed, users can carry out t-tests, variation F-tests, as well as one way Anovas. Correlation tests and regression models can also be computed based on the user-defined data. The app has a simple interface and a clean layout, which makes it easy to handle by all users.

As mentioned, the app was developed to be a practical calculating tool by tracking units of measure through all calculations. The program works with multiple units, such as feet, meters, kilometers, watts and many more.

In order to have the program resolve the problem, you simply have to fill in the “From” and “To” fields on the interface for the input and output units. Thus, the app lets you fill in phrases such as “10 feet 12 feet 8 feet” and “gallons” on the output field. Thus, the program automatically calculates the volume of the object and number of gallons that can fit.

It’s also possible to modify the font size and have the text bolded. Thus it is easier to read.

The bottom line is that Frink is a great tool that is sure to be of great help, especially when you’re not familiar with various complicated formulas. Inexperienced users should find the program easy to handle, thanks to the intuitive layout and its overall simplicity.

ExpertGPS is a powerful software application designed to help users view and edit GPS waypoints, routes, and tracks.

It sports a clean and straightforward interface that gives users the possibility to zoom in or out of the generated map, select the background (e.g. street maps, US aerial photos, white background), and print the map or export it to different file formats, namely BMP, JPG, PNG, TIF, SVG, or KMZ.

The application allows you to create insert waypoints for marking important location on the maps by simply clicking on the map or entering the coordinates. Plus, you can edit multiple waypoints, delete, cut, copy, or paste them.

What’s more, you can perform searches for finding waypoints, view a list with them, hide them, from the map, send or receive the selected waypoints to and from the GPS, and import data from TPG, MXF, or CSV file formats.

Similar dedicated parameters are put at your disposal for creating and editing routes, tracks, shapes, notes, and photos.

Last but not least, you can save the generated data to GPX format and view the position on the map while traveling.

During our testing we have noticed that ExpertGPS offers excellent image quality, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. It doesn’t eat up a lot of CPU and memory, so it doesn’t burden the overall performance of the computer.
